OUR ACCEPTED MODES OF PAYMENT: Net banking, credit and debit cards, UPI, & Cash On Delivery.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: After placing the order, confirmation is sent through email and SMS simultaneously. Post confirmation of your order, the dispatch is done with in 24 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details.

DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER: Ready, set, ship. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday IST. Please note, during peak periods 24 hours dispatch may not be available due to a high volume of orders received. But hold tight, we promise we’re worth the wait.

SHIPPING COST: Domestic shipping charges are solely borne by us.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME: We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Domestic However, we strive to deliver orders within 7 days of dispatch.

DUTIES & TAXES: All prices are inclusive of GST.

STOLEN PARCELS: It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. KLUTCH is not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.

DAMAGED PARCELS: KLUTCH is not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now.
